These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pgph88 ("pgph88," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the pgph88 online gaming platform available at pgph88.cam, including all games, promotions, account features, payment services, and any related content or services offered thereon.

Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) active pgph88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pgph88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently ban the individual from the platform, and to forfeit all balances held in duplicate accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of pgph88. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgph88 account credentials, including your login identifier, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pgph88 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to pgph88 support immediately.

You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access your pgph88 account. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorized by you. pgph88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

pgph88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, QR Ph, 7-Eleven, and Bayad Center. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pgph88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name.

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of the platform for current limits applicable to their account.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Full KYC verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, is required before any withdrawal is processed. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 28 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours depending on the receiving institution.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pgph88 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 25× to 30× the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

• Bonus abuse: Systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit bonuses, including low-risk hedging across correlated outcomes, are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the respective game information panel and represent the theoretical long-term expected return rate under normal operating conditions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pgph88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any pgph88 content. Unauthorized use of pgph88 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgph88, its directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the pgph88 platform
• Any technical errors, interruptions, or malfunctions affecting game outcomes or platform availability
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses incurred during scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance periods
• Any reliance on information published on the pgph88 platform

pgph88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. pgph88 accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of platform downtime.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pgph88 platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, account decisions, bonus awards, or payment processing, you must first raise the matter through pgph88's formal dispute resolution procedure by contacting pgph88 support via live chat or email at [email protected].

pgph88 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve the matter within 14 business days. During the investigation period, pgph88 may temporarily restrict certain account functions to preserve the integrity of the review process.

pgph88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the pgph88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendments.

The most current version of these Terms is always published at pgph88.cam/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pgph88 platform.

pgph88 acknowledges the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with respect to online gaming operations in the Philippines and operates in a manner consistent with PAGCOR's applicable regulatory framework.
